5 Reservation Conditions Deposits are required within 7 days for making reservation. We regret any reservations not confirmed within 7 days will be automatically withdrawn. Deposits are non -refundable and nontransferable. Christmas Party Nights and Hogmanay Dinner Dance must be paid in full by 15 th December with the full food order given for the whole party. In the event of a cancellation or no show after the full amount has been paid and order given we regret no monies will be refunded. Numbers are restricted and extra guests will not be admitted. Festive Menu 3 courses Deposit 5 per person 2 courses Dates include 1 st December 23 rd December Reservations for parties over 6 people require a non-refundable 5 deposit per person to confirm booking. Payable within 7 days of making the reservation or booking will be automatically withdrawn. Festive Fayre Party Night Price Deposit 10 per person Dates 8 th, 15 th and 16 th December. Other dates available for parties of 50 & over. Arrival 7pm, Disco until 1am. Evening includes a glass of Prosseco on arrival, party boxes, crackers and prizes. A non-refundable 10 deposit per person is required to confirm the booking. Payable within 7 days of making reservation or booking will be automatically withdrawn. Payment in full with food order is required by 15 th December.

6 Hogmanay Dinner Dance Price 70 Over 18s only, smart dress applies. Evening commences at 7pm with canapés and a champagne cocktail. (please arrive promptly as late arrival will hold up the evening for other guests). Serving of the meal will commence between Ceilidh disco after meal until 2am. A glass of Champagne at midnight. A non-refundable 20 deposit per person will be required to confirm booking. Payable within 7 days of making reservation or the booking will be automatically withdrawn.
