1 Information and Rate Sheet RECEPTIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS 4 Hours Weathervane Special Events Coordinator to oversee all aspects of your event from set-up to wishing you and your guests a safe journey at the end of the night Event Design and Coordination Full Service Event Planning Selection of table options and set-up On-site chef Floor Length White Table Linens White or Black Dinner Napkins Votive Candles Custom Menus at each place setting STAFFING Southern Season prides itself in providing excellent service at all of our catering events! Typically for large scale buffet or heavy hors d oeuvres/station events we will have one server for every 25 guests. For a Plated Dinner we will have one server for every 15 guests. If you select to have a liquor package there is a $75 fee for a licensed bartender to be present at the event. A 20% service fee is added to the total bill for all waitstaff services. RENTALS All events will require certain rentals to carry out a successful event. Rental items will be provided from Southern Season and will be based on client need after site visit. CUSTOM MENU CREATION In the event that one of our menus does not fit into your vision we would love to sit down with you and come up with a menu that both you and your guests will love! We can create many custom options including Plated Dinners at many different price points. Please contact our Special Events Coordinator at to schedule a time to discuss additional options.

All products would be purchased through the Southern Season wine department and belong to the guest. If they would like to return any that would also be up to the guest to bring any unopened unscathed labeled wines back for a refund. There would be a $10 corkage fee for each bottle of wine and $20 per case of beer.
