1 Meet the Fontana Arts Camp Team!
2 Michelle is a San Francisco State University graduate. She has been with the City of Fontana for 6 months. Michelle has over 8 years experience managing a variety of different programs, events, and summer camps. Her favorite food is sushi. Her favorite color is coral. When Michelle is not at work, you can find her riding her bike along the beach. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants. Michelle loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Michelle Pinedo Coordinator Fun Fact: Michelle attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.
3 This is Celeste s 4 th year working for the City of Fontana. Celeste grew up in Fontana. She comes from a very outgoing and loud family, that enjoys watching football. Celeste loves CHOCOLATE!!!!! And her favorite food is green enchiladas. Her favorite colors are purple, burgundy, and orange. When Celeste is not working, she enjoys going on hikes, taking her dogs on drives, and playing with her cat. Celeste Garcia Arts Camp Senior CSA Fun Fact: Celeste is a black belt in Shotokan Karate and used to be a cheerleader & Polynesian dancer.
4 This is Erica s 3rd year working for the City of Fontana. She is a student at Cal State Fullerton. Erica has always lived in Fontana and from a very young age was active in the community, participating in Fontana Days parades, concerts in the park, and other past events the city has provided. Her favorite food is anything that has to do with noodles, ramen, chow Mein, pho, and any type of Italian pasta. Her favorite color is yellow, every shade of it, from mustard to highlighter. When Erica is not working she enjoys going to concerts and seeing her favorite bands at local venues. Her passion is auditioning for theatre. Erica Batres Arts Camp Senior CSA Fun Fact: When Erica was 9 years old, she participated in an acting class for kids at the Steelworkers Auditorium and got to perform on stage (like many of the campers will do this summer).
5 Thomas Torres has been working for the City of Fontana for 2 ½ years. Thomas grew up in Whittier, CA. His favorite food is nachos. His favorite color is green. When Thomas is not working, you can find him training jiu jitsu, camping, or trying new restaurants. Thomas Torres Arts Camp CSA Fun Fact: Thomas is a C-Quence Jiu Jitsu purple belt.
6 This is Sarah s first year working for the City of Fontana. Sarah grew up in Fontana. Her favorite food is Tonkotsu Ramen. Her favorite color is purple. When Sarah is not at work she enjoys going to museums with her friends. Sarah Panameno Arts Camp CSA Fun Fact: Sarah has seen the entirety of the tv show The Office 4 times.
7 This is Kayla s 2 nd year working for the City of Fontana. She has always been a Fontana resident. Her favorite food is tacos. Her favorite color is purple. When Kayla is not at work she enjoys going to the beach, playing instruments, and spending time with friends and family. One great thing she loves about her family is that they are always supportive. Kayla Reece Arts Camp CSA Fun Fact: Kayla plays four instruments.
8 Marisa has been working for the City of Fontana for 10 months. She grew up in Fontana. Her favorite food is prime rib. Her favorite color is black. When Marisa is not at work she enjoys hiking, spending time with her dog (Spot), and going on road trips. Marisa Lopez Performing Arts CSA Fun Fact: Marisa is a biology major, studying to be a vet.
9 Terra has been working for the City of Fontana for 1 year. She grew up in Rancho Cucamonga. She loves that her family is so close. Her favorite food is fajitas. Her favorite color is green. When Terra is not working she enjoys reading and writing essays. Terra Audibert Cultural Arts CSA Fun Fact: Terra goes camping at Leo Carrillo State Beach every year and visits low tide in the mornings.
10 Kyle has worked for the City of Fontana for 3 years and has enjoyed every day of it. He has been a Fontana resident his whole life. His favorite food is burritos. His favorite color is blue. ( Because it s the coolest. Get it, cause the ocean is blue and its cold. ) When Kyle is not working he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, going to the movies, and going out to dinners. Kyle Goni Performing Arts CSA Fun Fact: Kyle has 4 brothers (two step, one adopted, and one blood).
11 Samantha will be working with the San Bernardino County Library Bus this summer. She grew up in Fontana and loves that her family is a big blended family. Her favorite food is tacos. Her favorite color is pink. When Samantha is not at work she enjoys taking pictures and making videos. Samantha Jimenez Performing Arts CSA Fun Fact: Samantha can speak, read, and write Hindi fluently.
12 Ivan has been working for the City of Fontana for 1 year. He grew up in Riverside. His favorite food is tacos & pizza. His favorite color is blue. When Ivan is not at work he enjoys playing sports and spending time with family. Ivan Banuelos Mobile Recreation CSA Fun Fact: Ivan wants to become a police officer and work as a Sheriff.
13 Tiana has been working for the City of Fontana for 1 year. She grew up in Anaheim & San Bernardino. Her favorite food is pizza and Olive Garden salad. Her favorite color is turquoise. When Tiana is not at work she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, dancing, road trips, exploring, and performing. Tiana Avila Mobile Recreation CSA Fun Fact: Tiana loves technology & dance.
14 This is Pierce s first summer working for the City of Fontana. He grew up in Fontana. His favorite food is his mom s chicken pot pie. His favorite color is green. When Pierce is not at work he enjoys archery, writing, going for walks, spending time with family & friends, and watching Netflix. Pierce Bryant Performing Arts CSA Fun Fact: Pierce enjoys white water rafting and canyoneering.
15 Jessica has a Bachelors in Art with a dual concentration of Studio Art and Visual Studies. Her favorite food is Thai food. Her favorite color is yellow and turquoise. When Jessica is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys going to the movies, concerts and can often be found at Disneyland. She goes to art museums as often as possible. Her favorite one is the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Jessica Agustin Mobile Recreation Senior CSA Fun Fact: Jessica is an identical twin.
16 JC has been working for the City of Fontana for 4 years. JC moved to Fontana when she was 9 years old. Her favorite food is pizza. Her favorite color is purple. When JC is not at work, she enjoys hanging out with her family & friends, and listening to music. JC Solares Performing Arts Senior CSA Fun Fact: JC is married to a DJ and goes to different weddings every week.
17 Jeanette has been working for the City of Fontana for 5 years. She grew up in Fontana. She has a very close family. Her favorite food is macaroni and cheese. Her favorite color is black.
