GUARANTEES/DEPOSITS & BILLING A tetative cout is required two moths prior to your evet alog with 75% of the estimated cost. A fial guarateed cout must be received TEN days before the evet. This cout is ot subject to reductio withi this period. If the guarateed cout is ot received, The Lodge will charge for the estimated umber of people oted o the Letter of Agreemet. We will be prepared to service 5% over the fial guarateed umber. All checks should be made payable to Eurest Diig Services. Credit cards are also accepted. ROOM RENTAL A deposit fee is due at the time your evet is cofirmed. For all fuctios, the room retal ad ay applicable equipmet charges are exclusive of food ad beverage arragemets/deposits. All deposits are orefudable. CANCELLATION POLICY Should you decide at ay time to cacel a fuctio, the followig pealty charges will be assessed to you, based o the receipt of a writte cacellatio request. 5 TAX EXEMPT For orgaizatios that are tax exempt, a copy of your Exemptio Certificate (ST 119) must be received with your siged evet cotract. BEVERAGE SERVICE We offer a complete selectio of beverages to ehace your fuctio. Please ote that the State of New York regulates alcoholic beverage sales ad services. The Lodge, as a licesee, is resposible for the admiistratio of these regulatios. Therefore, it is the policy that o liquor, beer, or wie may be brought ito or carried out of The Lodge. Charges for a host or cash bar are $ per barteder. If the bar receipts total $ per barteder, the fee will be waived. OVERTIME Due to the legth of your program, overtime charges for wait staff may be icurred. SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX O all food ad beverage fuctios, there will be a 21% service charge ad applicable sales tax applied. All prices quoted are exclusive of service charge ad tax. Sales tax is calculated o food, beverage ad service charges. New York State law states that service charges are subject to state tax. 19 Smokig Policy The Lodge is a smoke-free facility. We ask that our policy be respected by smokig oly i the desigated areas provided at the mai etrace or the lower level etrace. I the evet this policy is ot adhered to durig your party (evet), a portio of your damage deposit may be retaied to cover damage ad/or cleaig cost. Please be sure to advise all of your guests of our smokig policy prior to their arrival at The Lodge. Decoratios ad Ceterpieces Decoratios caot be ailed, taped, or stapled o the walls, fixtures or furiture. Bubbles, cofetti or other destructive products are ot permitted. A portio of the damage deposit may be retaied if rules are broke. All decoratios must be approved by our Evet Coordiator prior to the evet. Vedor Terms Vedors may ot set up ay earlier tha four hours prior to the evet start time. All loadig ad uloadig is to be doe through the back loadig dock. Setup times must be coordiated with your Evet Coordiator. If this policy is ot adhered to, additioal charges ad fees will apply. Vedor terms are iclusive of the damage deposit.
