Our fantastic kitchen brigade will serve an array of dishes for you to choose from, including a dessert buffet so you can really choose what you want. You can then dance your way through the evening to our great disco. Don t forget to order your bottle of fizz ready for the chimes of Big Ben per adult, over 18s only CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS AND FESTIVE DINING 1. A non-refundable deposit of 20 per person is required at the time of booking for all Christmas events with the exclusion of Festive afternoon tea. 2. Final payment is due 28 day prior to the date of the event. Places for which payment is not received by this date may be automatically released and cannot be guaranteed after this time. Bookings made after this date will require full payment at the time of booking. The hotel does not take responsibility for contacting you to collect final payments. 3. All party night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form, deposit or contract. 4. Wine pre-orders, menu choices and special dietary requirements must be advised to the Hotel no later than two weeks prior to your event. 5. The Hotel reserve the right to amalgamate parties or move events to an alternative room to ensure optimum numbers. 6. Parties of 8 people or less may be seated on party tables with other groups. Non-residential bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 20 at the time of booking. 2. Final payment is due no later than 3rd December. Bookings made after this time require full payment at the time of booking. 3. All New Year s Eve bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form and deposit. 4. NYE GALA DINNER tables will be for the number of booked guest in your party. NYE PARTY NIGHT - Parties of 8 people or less may be seated on party tables with other groups. Final payment for residential packages is due by 30th November Bookings made after this time will require full payment at the time of booking. 4. Accommodation rates published in this brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL EVENTS 1. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used towards other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform all members of their party of this policy. 2. Payment for party bookings must be made by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. Payment by cheque will only be accepted no later than 14 days prior to the event date. 3. All prices quoted include VAT at 20% and are subject to change should the VAT rate change. 4.
