3 BREAKFAST CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST Enjoy a traditional continental breakfast with fresh Danishes, muffins, fruit as well as assorted juices, teas, plus regular and decaffeinated coffee EXECUTIVE CONTINENTAL With the Executive Continental Breakfast you ll receive the same fresh Danishes, muffins, fruits and beverage options above but with the delicious addition of assorted yogurts and granola to please your guests ALL AMERICAN BREAKFAST The choices seem endless with a range of fresh baked muffins, seasonal sliced fruit, assorted bagels and English muffins, a variety of cream cheeses, fresh scrambled eggs, smoked bacon and pork sausage links, biscuits and gravy, home style potatoes, and a wide selection of juices, coffee and tea PLATED BREAKFAST The plated breakfast gives your group the opportunity to have us serve breakfast to you! 4 LUNCH SALADS CAESAR SALAD Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh shaved parmesan cheese, herbed croutons and house made Caesar dressing. For $3 more per person add your choice of salmon, chicken or shrimp. MICHIGAN FRUIT & NUT SALAD Mixed spring lettuce, dried cranberries, caramelized walnuts, sliced apples, blue cheese crumbles, and red onion with your choice of dressing CHICKEN AND TUNA DUET Chicken salad and tuna salad on a bed of field greens served with fresh fruit. SPINACH SALAD Fresh baby spinach, sliced mushrooms, chopped boiled egg and red onion served with your choice of blue cheese for feta cheese. We recommend the hot homemade bacon vinaigrette!
