1 Catering Menus Ball State Indy Center can arrange Sahm s to provide complete food and beverage service for your special event. The following menus are suggested for your convenience and can be customized to meet your specific needs. Menu selections must be received by Ball State Indy Center 72 hours prior to your event. All applicable prices will be subject to the appropriate food and beverage tax. All packages include disposable tableware. Guaranteed Attendance A guaranteed attendance figure is required for all food and beverage orders 72 hours prior to the event. This figure will be considered the minimum attendance figure for billing purposes. Deposits & Billing Unless credit arrangements have been made prior to your event payment is due upon the completion of your event. An itemized invoice will be presented for your verification of guaranteed attendance and services rendered. All charges will be based upon guaranteed or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit or business check. Tax Exempt Clients Clients and/or organizations that are tax exempt are required by law to provide Ball State Indy Center with a tax exempt certificate no later than 72 hours prior to your event. They have catered over 30,000 parties since 1986, and have the culinary experience to make your special menu just that - special. 1
