11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS All prices quoted are per person. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Please call one of our team on or to check availability and to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A per person deposit. (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one cheque is appreciated i.e. no individual cheque from all attendees) Full payment is required by 1st November Food & Wine pre-orders must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. All bookings are subject to availability. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. A table plan with food orders by table is required two weeks prior to the event. If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel. From the A96, turn onto Dyce Drive and follow signs for the Airport. At the third set of traffic lights, turn right into Argyll Road; Jurys Inn Aberdeen Airport is first on the left. There are 350 car parking spaces available. By Rail. Aberdeen City station is approximately 7 miles from Jurys Inn Aberdeen Airport; our nearest station is Dyce, which is about 1 mile from the hotel. Taxis are available from both stations. Additional Information. Aberdeen Airport is adjacent to the hotel. Leave the terminal building by the main exit onto Argyll Road; Jurys Inn Aberdeen Airport is 2 minutes away on foot or by car on the right-hand side. Food And Drink. Please contact the hotel to discuss any special dietary requirements. Food items may contain traces of nuts. Menus are correct at time of print and may be subject to change. To Make A Booking. Please call us on to check availability. Complete the booking form and return to us with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of per person. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or credit card.
