1 CHRISTMAS Make your seasonal celebrations special by dining at The. Our seasonal three course set menu is available to tables of up to 70 people throughout the festive season (starting on 29th November) up until 24th December. Three course set menu 24.95* lunch, or 27.95*evening Lunchtime seating (up to 3pm) Parties of at least 50 people gain exclusive use of the restaurant and private bar facilities, smaller tables will not have exclusive use but of course there ll be a party atmosphere amongst all the other tables too! Either complete a booking form, or contact us by phone, , or in person to ask us about availability and we can go through all the requirements with you to help make your booking easier. Confirm a booking with a payment of a 10 per person deposit. Full payment is to be made by 25th November at the latest. 2 CHRISTMAS MENU Three course set menu 24.95* lunch, or 27.95*evening * all tables are subject to a 10% service charge Starters Spiced parsnip and apple soup with crispy crouton and warm bread rolls (v) Pulled ham hock salad dressed with honey and mustard with pineapple Smoked salmon and prawns with capers, gherkins, lemon, dill and rocket Breaded brie with petit ratatouille and pesto (v) Mains Seasonal vegetables accompany all main courses Traditional roast turkey with fondant potato, stuffing, sautéed spouts, bacon and chestnuts and a rich roasting jus Chicken supreme with herb mash, slow roasted cherry tomatoes crispy Parma ham and basil Braised blade of beef with horseradish mash, glazed chantenay carrots, button mushrooms, baby onions and red wine jus Roast fillet of salmon with fondant potato, leeks, peas and mustard grain sauce Crispy filo pastry filled with creamy mushrooms, leeks, peas and spinach, finished with tarragon and parmesan with herb mash (v) Desserts Christmas pudding brandy sauce Chocolate marquise with spiced cherries vanilla ice cream Lime and vanilla cheesecake with white chocolate ice cream

3 CHRISTMAS PARTIES Our private function suite is available on selected dates during December (see below) for parties from 70 to 120 guests taking the seasonal buffet.
