10 Terms & conditions Deposit & Confirmation A signed booking form & 10 deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. Provisional bookings will only be held for 2 weeks. Final Payment The balance of payment is due 14 days prior to your party date. Number of Guests Minimum numbers for each booking is 2 people, we reserve the right to combine smaller parties of 8 or less. If you wish to increase your numbers we cannot guarantee this will be possible but will make every effort to accommodate your request. If your numbers decrease, we regret we are unable to credit this money against the final balance. Dress Code Smart casual dress code welcome, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone improperly dressed, please dress to impress. Cancellation of Booking Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. If you cancel the booking or any spaces we will refund: 100% less deposit if more than 56 days prior to the event day 75% less deposit if more than 28 days, but less than 56 days 50% less deposit if more than 14 days, but less than 28 days No refund if 14 days or less & full balance due. Car Parking, Transport & Overnight Accommodation We have extensive on site free parking. We are happy to assist in arranging a coach or an overnight stay in one of our 8 cosy bedrooms.
