K- 12 $1.50 Adult $1.95 Cereal choices are whole grain. Muffin choices are whole grain. Cereal bar choices are whole grain. Introducing Offer Primary School will use the Offer Option WHAT IS OFFER? Offer increases choice and satisfaction in student meals. Offer allows a student to build a healthy meal by selecting 3 to 5 different meal components. One must be fruits, vegetables or a combination of both. BUILD YOUR TRAY THE HEALTHY KANSAS WAY! STEP 1: Choose at least 1/2 cup fruits, vegetables or a combination of both! STEP 2: Choose 2 or more additional meal components from the following: Full Serving of Fruit K-8 (1/2 cup) and 9-12 (1 cup) Full Serving of Vegetables K-8 (3/4 cup) and 9-12 (1 cup) Grains Protein Milk
