2 V2-2 Honey Bowtie GlazedPasta Ham Sausage Garlic Mashed and a Green Potatoes Salad Home and Green MadeBeans (for 2) 1 2 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wash and cut up potatoes. We suggest cutting potatoes into 4 to 6 pieces depending on size. Remove any dark spots. Place potatoes into an appropriate sized pot and fill water until it is to the top of the potatoes. Salt water and potatoes to your preference, put pot on burner turned to high heat to get water boiling. 3 While waiting for the potato water to boil, remove ham from packaging and score it on the diagonal both ways every inch to inch and a half. Stud the scored ham in the center of most of the squares whole cloves. 4 Place the ham in a 9x9 baking dish or on a pie plate and place in oven. Set a timer for 5 minutes. Check the potatoes. Once potatoes are boiling, cover a lid and lower heat to medium-high to simmer. Make sure the water doesn t boil over. 5 1st Glaze 2nd Glaze Now for the honey glaze. Heat 6 Tbs. honey, 3/4 Tbs. dark corn syrup and 1 Tbs. butter in a small sauce pan over medium to medium-low heat. 6 Next we need to steam the beans. Rinse them out in the bag that they come in. If you see any ends that need to be cut or snapped off please do so. Add the beans to a appropriate sized pan and fill half way full water. Salt to taste and put on high heat to boil. Once boiling, cover and turn the heat down to medium-high and cook until tender. Once the timer goes off for the ham remove the ham from the oven and drizzle about a third of the honey glaze. Return the ham to the oven for 8 minutes. Repeat this two more times. 7 8 After the second glaze on the ham, the potatoes should be ready. Check them to see if they are fork tender. When they are fork tender drain off the water, add the 3 Tbs. butter, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. dried oregano, salt to taste and 6 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese. Mash all together a potato masher or a heavy wire whisk. After you glaze the ham for the third and final time return it to the oven for just 2 minutes. It is now done. Slice and serve the potatoes and the beans and enjoy your Delicious Family Dinner!
