9 DISTINCTIVE GOURMET FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICIES & PROCEDURES Suite Ordering All pre-orders must be placed five business days in advance to guarantee delivery time. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order via fax or , where you will then need tosign and send back to us. Orders received after the five business days period may be limited to on-hand product.. Please note, not all items are available event day. Event day food and beverages will be limited to items on hand. When ordering additional items during an event, please allow 30 to 45 minutes for preparation and delivery. Pricing does not include 6.5% sales tax. Suite Guidelines All pre-orders must be placed five business days in advance, and confirmed two business days in advance, in order to guarantee delivery time. A credit card number is required to reserve all pre-orders. (Visa, or MasterCard). Distinctive Gourmet/Centerplate will; accept cash, credit cards, or company checks as payment for all beverage and food orders. The suite holder is requested to identify a responsible administrator for the suite. The administrator will serve as the primary contact for all food and beverage needs and or issues and have the authority to authorize additional food and beverage purchases on behalf of the contracted person(s) that will be added to amount due. Day of Event Your suite comes with one attendant. Additional attendants are available for $75 per attendant. Your food and beverage order will be delivered 60 minutes prior to the start of the event, unless indicated otherwise on the pre-order form. Due to space restrictions, some items may be delivered closer to event time to ensure the highest quality. When placing your order, please specify which items you would like to be delivered upon doors opening, at the start of event, or at halftime or toward the end of the evening, such as sweets and coffee service. The suite will close 1 (one) hour after the event. Or midnight, whichever comes first. Additional event day food orders may be made through your suite attendant. Last call will be made at 10pm for most concerts, and approximately seven (7) minutes left on second half game clock for college basketball. For your safety and due to liability issues, any and all unconsumed food or beverage can not be taken from the suite. 10 DISTINCTIVE GOURMET POLICIES & PROCEDURES Conduct We ask your cooperation in helping us make the private hospitality suite a safe and enjoyable environment. Suite holders and their guests are subject to all rules and regulations governing the use of the Charleston Civic Center, including the prohibitions in creating disturbances, using or possessing illegal substances, public intoxication or any other socially unacceptable behavior. Distinctive Gourmet/Centerplate reserve the right to eject any person who violates these rules and/or threaten the safety and security of our guests and the general public. Cancellation Policy We understand that you may need to cancel an order in an emergency. If you are able to cancel the order 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged for the order. However, you will be charged full price if you cancel your order within 24 hours.. Be the Most Valuable Player, Drink Responsibly The Charleston Civic Center, and Distinctive Gourmet/Centerplate will work hard to keep the facility a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, so we ask for your cooperation in the following: Guests under the age of 21, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Please refrain from drinking and driving. It is the representative s responsibility to assist in monitoring alcohol consumption. Alcoholic beverages are not to be brought in, or taken out of the hospitality suite. It is against the law to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person. Tipping Suite holders are free to give staff members any gratuity, if they feel that it is warranted. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE SUITE AREA
