Whether you are planning a simple gathering with friends or a private function for corporate clients, we are pleased to provide you with all services needed to plan a successful event. Ember offers semi-private and private options for all group sizes and budget sizes, customizing each event to fit the client s needs and desires. 5 artial and Full Venue Buyouts A partial venue buyout will close either the indoor dining room OR the outdoor patio exclusively for private events. Only guests of the private event will be permitted access to the rented space. The alternative area to the rented space will remain open to the public. A full venue buyout will close both the indoor dining room AND the outdoor patio exclusively for private events. Only guests of the private event will be permitted access to Ember. Ember will not be open to the public during full venue buyouts. A venue fee and food/beverage minimum will be required for all venue buyouts. ricing and availability will vary depending on time of the year, day of the week, and details of the event.

Let us know! We are happy to create a custom quote. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about events at Ember: Does Ember allow outside catering? Ember does not allow outside catering to be brought into the venue. Ember does allow outside desserts to be brought in for certain large party events. lease inquire for approval. Can I decorate my reserved area? Yes, you can decorate for your special event. We only ask that you refrain from taping anything to our custom fixtures and we ask that glitter and confetti are not brought into the venue. Can I bring in a DJ or live band for my event? Ember only allows outside talent to be present within the venue during a partial or full buyout event. Outside entertainment is not permitted for parties reserving a small area. Is there an age restriction at Ember? Ember is strictly 21 and up during the following days/times: Wednesdays after 5pm, Fridays and Saturdays after 9M, and Sundays after 3pm. How many full service bars are in the venue? Ember features FOUR (4) full service bars. THREE (3) are located on the outdoor terrace and ONE (1) is located in the main room. What kind of Audio/ Video features are available? Ember features THIRTEEN (13) high definition 42 plasma TVs throughout the venue and ONE (1) large projector screen with a projector. Ember features a built in DJ booth along with live music performance capabilities with several staging areas. How much is parking? Most downtown parking garages and lots will charge an hourly rate during the day and a flat rate after 4pm. Rates will vary depending on day of the week and other scheduled events taking place downtown, such as concerts or sports games. Ask your Event Coordinator for specialty rates on pre-paid, group parking reservations.
