Join us in the conservatory for a glass of mulled wine and afternoon tea, then relax on a comfy sofa, have a brisk walk around the grounds or why not have a dip in the pool open until 6pm this evening. A 2 course evening meal will be available from 6pm - 9pm served in the Fairways restaurant. Overnight accommodation in one of our spacious rooms then join us for a Christmas Morning breakfast, served with a glass of fizz to get the day started ONE NIGHT STAY FOR 2 PEOPLE Christmas Day TUESDAY 25TH DECEMBER Arrive from 12 noon for your festive break or stay another night. The leisure facilities will be open until 12 noon today for that quick burst of energy before lunch! 16 BOOKING CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS Provisional bookings are accepted by telephone and must be confirmed with the relevant deposit within 14 days. Bookings not confirmed with a deposit will automatically be released. DEPOSITS The stated deposit amount per person is required to secure the booking, please note all deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Party Nights per person Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day 50% of booking value at the time of booking. Spa - full payment will be required for Spa days and Spa stays at time of booking. SPA All Spa guests will need to complete a Medical questionnaire prior to any treatments being undertaken. All spa packages are for over 18 s only. FINAL PAYMENTS All final payments are required by the 1st November, for bookings made after this date the final payment will be due 14 days after the booking has been made. Bookings made for dates within a two week period, the full payment will be required at the time of booking. REFUNDS Please be aware that neither deposits nor full pre-payments are refundable. MENU REQUIREMENTS If you are attending a Party Night, your menu requirements should be notified to us one calendar month prior to the event. Alternative menu options are available for anyone who has special dietary requirements, please be sure to let us know in advance. DRESS CODE We ask that smart dress is worn for all our Christmas events, no jeans or trainers. TAXIS We regret that we are unable to assist with the reservations of taxis at this very busy time of year. It is helpful if your reserved taxi has your mobile number so that the driver can arrange to meet you as the taxi arrives at the hotel.
