The AISD Catering Department provides services for a small meeting or large group. We look forward to helping you plan your special occasion. Orders may be placed via or fax. Catering Available Year Round The order form can be found in the AISD website under Student Nutrition Catering Guidelines: Catering events must be for a minimum of 15 people. If you have a specific idea in mind please call us - we will make every effort to customize your order. Catering orders must be placed 7 days before the event. All events are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. For assistance in planning your next event contact Kathy Werner at We are unable to accommodate beverage only orders. Final guarantee for meals and large events is due 48 hours prior to your function. An event will be billed according to the guaranteed number requested, not the number in attendance. All changes and cancellations requested not within 24 hours of an event may be assessed a fee.
