3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Supersedes all other price schedules and is subject to change without notice. Orders All orders must be submitted in writing to Milestone customer service by either fax or . Special Orders Items deemed special order are non-cancelable and non-returnable. These items must also be picked up or shipped within five days of arrival at Milestone. Freight terms apply to shipped special order pieces. Freight All dealers outside standard pick up areas: (1) All orders under $4,000 ship prepaid with freight charges added to invoice for each shipment. (2) All orders $4,000 or more qualify for one prepaid freight shipment. a) If order is requested by dealer to separate into multiple shipments only the first shipment is prepaid, unless the items are shipped with another qualifying prepaid freight order. b) Multiple PO s may be combined in one shipment to qualify for prepaid freight if all combined items on the orders total $4,000 or more. All dealers inside standard pick up areas: Contact your customer service representative for details regarding shipping or delivery. Freight policy does apply to Milestone deliveries. Standard pick up areas include Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix Metropolitan Areas. Returns No merchandise will be accepted without an approved return authorization. All returned items except service are subject to a restocking charge. All items must be returned in original containers. Special order items cannot be returned. 3
