The gin comes through the aromatic sweet vermouth adding a sophisticated depth to this iconic cocktail. Bombay Sapphire, Martini Riserva Rubino, Martini Riserva Bitter garnished with twist of orange peel in a whiskey glass. 90 ml 20% alc. French Martini A gorgeous, easy-drinking fruit martini with lush pineapple, rich Chambord and superpremium french vodka, the French Martini is perfect for sharing with guests, offering a frothy top for extra effect. Grey Goose Superpremium Vodka, Chambord, pineapple juice shaken and strained in a Martini glass. 100 ml 14.9% alc. French 75 The French 75 is a cocktail made of gin, prosecco, lemon juice, and sugar. A classic cocktail that features a tickcling bubbly as the gateaway to a perfectly integrated combination of floral, gin and citrus. Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice, sugar syrup, topped up with Prosecco Martini and garnished with a lemon twist. 100 ml 13.9% alc. Moscow Mule Born in the 1950 s heyday of vodka, the Moscow Mule is a cocktail that combines ginger ale, lime juice and the clear spirit. We use refreshing ginger ale which makes this drink perfect for any time of the day. Finlandia Vodka, lime juice, dash of orange bitter, topped up with True Ginger Ale and as for garnish we use a mint leaf. 150 ml 10.7% alc.

Remy Martin VSOP, fresh strawberries, mint leaves, sugar syrup, lime juice and topped up with Laurent Perrier La Cuvee champagne. We use crushed ice garnished with a mint sprig and fresh strawberry. 150 ml 12.8% alc. Hugo Hugo is fresh and sweet, making it very popular amongst ladies, very refreshing on hot summer days. This is just delicious! Hugo is a Prosecco aperitif with elderflower, lime juice and sprigs of mint. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, topped up with Martini Prosecco and served in a wine glass. 150 ml 11.7% alc. Lynchburg Lemonade Named after the hometown of the Jack Daniel s distillery, this mix of whiskey, lemon lime soda, triple sec, and sour mix is the ultimate refresher. Jack Daniels, Bols Triple Sec, lemon juice, sugar syrup, topped up with lemonade and garnished with a lemon wedge. 200 ml 11.8% alc. Espresso Martini When a British top model walked into a London Bar in 1984 and asked for a drink that would wake her up and then beeep her up(you know we never swear)the famous Espresso Martini was born.sophisticated, edgy and unexpectedly strong. Finlandia Vodka, Galliano Ristretto, a shot of espresso, sugar syrup shaked and strained in a Martini glass. Carefully muddled and topped off with refreshingly crisp club soda it makes a very relaxing and low-calorie drink. Bacardi Superior, mint leaves, lime, white sugar, muddled and topped up with soda. 200 ml 11.8% alc. Martini Bitter Spritz Citrus flavoured and slightly bitter, it pairs seamlessly with chilled Prosecco to whet the appetite. Meeting friends for an after work Spritz is a long-established Italian tradition and one that s easily replicated anywhere.
