3 ZOMBIE London Dry Gin, Triple Sec, Egg White, Raspberries & Prosecco A scrumptious concoction of London dry gin, triple sec and fresh raspberries topped up with ice cold Prosecco and finished of with an infused hibiscus flower; maybe it s because I m a Londoner Light Rum, Dark Rum, Spiced Rum, Apricot Brandy, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice & Lime Barsmith s take on Don the Beach s 1930 s Tiki classic. Home infused rum, rum and more rum mixed together with tropical juices and presented in true Tiki style. Breakfast MARGARITA Orange Tequila, Triple Sec, Pink Grapefruit & Marmalade Orange infused tequila, homemade triple sec, organic marmalade coupled with freshly squeezed lime and pink grapefruit juice. Ginger & Honey Rum, Lychee, Mint, Lime & Ginger Beer Rum infused with ginger & honey, add a little lychee & lime juice, peppered with mint leaves and perfected with ginger beer. APPLE Prosecco, Citron Vodka, Lemon & Rosemary Specialised citron vodka, rosemary rectified spirit atomiser and Prosecco. Adorned with a toasted meringue. XOXO Light Rum, Amaretto, Spiced Rum, Pineapple Juice, Lime & Prosecco A tropical concoction of rum, Amaretto, pineapple juice topped with Prosecco, what else can we say Bacardi Superior Rum, Lime, Mint & Cider Bacardi Superior and mañzana, freshly squeezed lime & sugar muddled with Cuban mint for an authentic clean and crisp taste, topped with organic apple cider. Chilli Gin, Lychee Liqueur & Cranberry Juice Infused chilli gin interlaced with lychee liqueur, cranberry juice all juxtaposed with a spicy chilli

London Dry Gin compounded with nectarine elderflower, cranberry and lemon juice; topped off with basil syrup.
