Sweet in character with floral notes, violet, long finish entirely handmade & hand sorted. GREEN --Lalani & Co organic matcha green velvet-- Lalani & Co s top grade organic matcha, pure spring season matcha picked from a family run garden in Kyoto & Kyushu. Shade grown for 21 days & milled by stone. OOLONG --Himalayan bouquet Oolong Autumn Jun Chiyabari gardens, Hile, Nepal, batch J278 30kg Sublime, complex Oolong with stone fruits notes, peach skin texture with a nutty character. Picked at 6000ft at Jun Chiyabari; a tiny garden in Nepal. The garden calls this high elevation & hard withered style the Wonder Gold.
