Here at The Pit we are proud to carry on thee tradition of the mixed drink. We have deigned our menu in conultation with Declan McGurk, Bar Manager of The American Bar at London Savoy Hotel. We have tried to produce an eclectic mix of drink to uit every tate, however, hould your favourite drink not be included on the menu, pleae ak and we will be more than happy to oblige. Take a trip through the wild of America with our election of drink from and inpired by our friend acro the pond Mojito BENEATH THE STORM Negroni GRINGO MULE What menu would be complete without thi refrehing claic? Originating from La Bodeguita Del Medio in Cuba, our recipe combine Santa Terea Claro rum, mint, lime and ugar. The mot requeted cocktail in the world. An Americano with a bit more kick pleae The legendary word of Count Camillo Negroni that gave birth to thi tunning drink. Jenen London gin, Campari and Cocchi vermouth are tirred and finihed with a twit of orange to create the ultimate in ophitication. We do like to do thing a little differently down here and thi i no exception. We have taken the claic Dark & Stormy and added our own twit with gingerbread yrup and freh lime alongide Goling Black Seal rum and ginger beer to create a beautiful long, refrehing drink. El Jimador Repoado tequila i haken with freh cucumber, blackberry liqueur, freh lime juice and almond yrup that when topped with ginger beer explode flavour! Thi one really i a party in your mouth. Tin Can Julep 300 YEAR GROG Our light twit on the claic Mint Julep, we add paion fruit to Maker Mark Bourbon and freh mint. A claic grog with a twit. We ue Smith & Cro Jamaican rum, Santa Terea rum, freh lime, honey and bitter. To add our unique twit we add a top of ale to create the bet pint in the houe. White Roe KENTUCKY DAISY Clover Club LA MIEL SOURS Harry McElhone created the White Lady in 1923 at Harry Bar, Pari. We have added our own little variation with the ue of elderflower liqueur to compliment the flavour of Tanqueray gin, lemon juice and freh egg white. A drink that can trace it origin back to 1909, thi i our verion of thi claic. Bombay Sapphire gin, rapberry liqueur, lemon and ugar are haken with freh egg white to create thi wonderful drinking experience. Four Roe Bourbon i haken together with Cocchi Vermouth, Campari, lemon, pomegranate and freh egg white. Complex flavour that work perfectly together. The claic our get an exciting, modern upgrade. Diplomatico Rum, Cocchi Vermouth and Aperol are added to lemon, ugar and freh egg white. Simple and elegant.

4 Twit & Shout The Prodigie Our cocktail are meant for good time and you can t fail to have one with thee little beautie. We have twited ome favourite and erved up ome cheeky little one of our own. Enjoy a few, have a dance and ee where the night take you. we like to think of thee drink a the claic of the future. The Jam 6.25 Bourbon & butter (n) Pink 75 Maid in cuba A quick fire mix of Ruian Standard vodka, Blue Curacao liqueur, rapberry jam, lemon juice and ugar erved up in one of our jam jar. A ubtle twit on the claic French 75 made famou by Harry MacElhone. To drink it wa aid to be like getting hit with a French 75 field gun. We ve ued Tanqueray gin, lemon, ugar and a touch of Chambord black rapberry liqueur. Red Bion Żubrówka bion gra vodka add note of cinnamon and herb to a cherry, lemon and ugar mix. Thi vodka i known a an aphrodiiac o, when we finih it with ome luciou Italian Proecco, thi could be your lucky night. Gin Garden A facinating long drink finihed with Proecco. We mix Bombay Sapphire gin, lemon juice and bail infued ugar yrup. Simple, refrehing and utterly deliciou. Old Gill A traditional unit of meaurement for beer, our gill feature Żubrówka bion gra vodka, Drambuie whiky liqueur, apple juice and bitter all dihed up in a mini tankard. One from the annal of Arc Inpiration cocktail heritage. Buffalo Trace Bourbon i tirred and then haken with Peanut butter, chocolate, hazelnut and caramel liqueur. WARNING! If you like peanut butter, you will fall in love. Bacardi Superior Rum, lime juice, ugar, cucumber and mint are haken together and finihed with the ubtle cent of Abinthe. Thi modern take on the Daiquiri will knock your ock off! Lemon cheeecake 6.25 We mix Ketel One Citroen vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice and gingerbread. A bicuit finihe off the créme de la créme of cocktail. Fireide jamaican A heady mix of Appleton VX and Wray and Nephew rum all mixed with Velvet Falernum, Giffard chocolate, paion fruit yrup and freh juice. Jamaican love their rum trong and with a kick o we ve added a flaming rum hell to do them proud. Pale ale paion cooler An abolute upertar in the making, thi one will go far! Woodford Reerve Bourbon, Cocchi Vermouth, lemon juice and Paion fruit yrup are topped with pale ale and erved in the true craft tyle. Definitely one of our favourite new drink. Pit Bourbon and Coke A twit on the implet of drink, A Coca Cola reduction i piced up then blended with Woodford Reerve Bourbon to give a unique take on a claic

Succulent tropical aroma with peachy white fruit, a oft eay drinking palate and crip acidity. Green fruit aroma and oft mineral tone Pure fruit flavour of white peach and pear with a claic teely, dry finih. We love thi zety Sauvignon Blanc. It i medium to full bodied with vibrant acidity intertwined with crip fruit. We think you ll really like (don t jut ta ke our word fo thi! r it, try it!) Plum fruit on the palate with rounded tannin and a long delightful finih. Combination of black and red fruit flavour are complimented by a twit of pice on the palate. Ripe red fruit of rapberry, blackcurrant and trawberry preerve with black tea, white and black pepper pice. Sweet, picy blueberrie, plum, blackberrie, anie and mace, with tone-fruit and floral hint. A juicy and luh texture with layer of velvety tannin and great length. A perfect combination of red fruit and pice enriched by the characteritic of French oak.
