Medium bodied and a well balanced. White Wine No. 15 Monsoon Valley White Chenin Blanc & Colombard Thailand This light and fruity wine has notes of citrus and a melony character. Award: Commended award: International Wine Challenge, London Kleinkloof Chenin Blanc Paarl, South Africa Very attractive nose with lots of tropical fruits such as pineapple, guava and citrus fruit. Intense palate following the characteristics found on the nose with a refreshing finish. 6 Nina Garganega/Pinot Grigio Veneto, Italy Crisp apple and pear aromas with some floral overtones lead to a soft, medium-bodied palate with a clean, dry finish. 7 Conde de Valdemar Viura Rioja, Spain Fresh, intense aromas of fruits and white flowers, dominated by apple and pear nuances. Fruity and fresh with a pleasant finish. 8 Finca La Colonia Torrontés Argentina A sophisticated, dry, elegant rendition of this aromatic grape variety, combining minerality with white peach and floral notes such as rose and jasmine. 9 Deakin Estate Chardonnay Victoria, Australia This Chardonnay shows aromas of ripe pear, nectarine and apple. The palate is ripe and smooth with delicious fruit character without being over the top.
