Cordorníu Brut NV - Spain 18 A dry, light bodied Cava displaying green apple, citrus, almond and brioche characters. Codorníu Rosado NV - Spain 18 Light and pure, with citrus fruit and hints of strawberry and raspberry fruit, this wine is light and refreshing on the palate with a clean finish.

ROSEMARY RICKEY A long drink with a balance of sweet and sour notes. Burleighs Distiller s Cut Gin, house-made rosemary syrup, lime juice and Fever Tree soda. DISTILLER S GARDEN Refreshing, light and fruity. Served on ice. Burleighs Distiller s Cut Gin, shaken with celery, lemon juice, pressed apple, house-made rosemary syrup and grapefruit bitters. COMMUNIST A fruity gin & juice - fresh citrus flavours and cherry sweetness. Burleighs Export Gin, Cherry Heering liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice, and a dash of grapefruit bitters.
