Throughout the menu we present a selection of our favourite cocktails, some classics and some Victoria originals and if you can t find your favourite cocktail listed, we also have a whiskey compendium which will give you a (not by all means exhaustive list) of our Whisky collection. We also have an ever-changing selection of craft beers on draught or in bottles/cans from the likes of Tiny Rebel, Purity, Wild Weather, Alphabet, Magic Rock & Burning Soul to name a few! 5 SOFTIES Sherbet Fountain 2.50 Orange, pineapple and lime juices shaken with pomegranate syrup for a retro sherbet hit Opal Fruits 2.50 Orange and lime juices, shaken with peach and passion fruit syrups with a hint of mint for a sweet treat. Passionate Ting 3.00 Fresh lime and passion fruit syrup topped up with ting grapefruit soda. Elderflower & Apple Fizz 3.00 Fragrant fresh mint, soft light brown sugar, a touch of elderflower and apple juice topped with soda served over crushed ice. The driving man s/ woman s Mojito! Blueberry Monday 3.00 Got the Monday blues? A refreshing mix of blueberry and pear syrups mixed with fresh apple and lemon juice topped off with soda is sure to brighten your day. Apple & Passionfruit Daiquiri 6.50 # Bacardi Carta Blanca rum shaken with passion fruit, apple, pineapple and lime juices served straight up. Raspberry Collins 6.50 # Bulldog gin and Chambord black raspberry liqueur with raspberry puree & fresh lemon juice topped off with soda. Espresso Martini 7.00 The thinking man s/woman s vodka Red Bull! Strong fresh ground espresso laced with Grey Goose vodka, Kahlua coffee liqueur & vanilla syrup shaken hard to create a silky foam finished with roasted coffee beans Pornstar Martini 7.00 A sexy blend of Absolut Vanilla vodka, passionfruit syrup and pineapple juice shaken with zingy fresh lime and prosecco Margarita 7.00 Tequila, lime and salt, is there a better match? 9 FUN WITH WHISKEY Scarlet O Hara No # Southern Comfort whiskey liqueur, apricot liqueur and zingy lime juice shaken with tart cranberry juice served straight up. This drink is nearly 70 years old, and has still got it! Lynchburg Lemonade 6.50 # One of the easiest drinking Whiskey cocktails ever! Jack Daniels old No7 whiskey, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice topped with lemonade. The Godfather Sour 6.50 # The favourite drink of the Godfather himself, Marlon Brando with a sour twist! We mix Jack Daniels Tennessee whiskey with Amaretto, fresh lemon juice, bitters and egg-white to create this frothy treat. Honi Honi 6.50 A twist on the Trader Vic classic Mai Tai this time with Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey whiskey, orange liqueur, zingy lime juice and sugared almond. Banoffee Pie 7.00 Jim Beam Double Oak whiskey, banana liqueur, cream and salted caramel biscuit. It s a dessert in a glass need we say more? Perfect Gentleman 7.50 A perfect blend of Gentleman Jack s Tennessee whiskey and licor 43 vanilla liqueur stirred down with chocolate bitters. Makes for a perfect treat after a long day s work!
