Shiraz Copperstone Creek, NSW, Australia A classic Shiraz produced by Warburn Estate from the Riverina vineyards on the northern side of the Murray River in New South Wales. A lovely aroma of fruit cake and plums is complimented by a moreish palate of spice and cassis flavours. 8. Merlot Los Caminos, Central Valley, Chile A rich, silky textured red with black cherry and plum flavours, with a hint of mineral character and soft rounded structure. 9. Rioja Tempranillo, Azabache, Bodegas Aldeanueva, Spain A vibrant, un-oaked and supple Rioja, made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes grown in the dry Baja region. This plumy, soft seductive wine exhibits typical Tempranilla character of red fruit and liquorice with a soft and rounded finish. 10. A 5 wastage fee will incur on those with excessive food waste. This is part of our policy to reduce wastage and our environmental impact. For bookings during evenings and busy periods, we operate a 2 hours return policy on our tables. After 2 hours, you may be asked to leave your table. For lunch bookings, we operate a 1hr and 15 mins return time on our tables. After 1h and 15mins you may be asked to leave your table. For walk-ins, we may not be able to give you the full 2 hours/1h and 15min, however we will do our best to advise you on table return times. During busy hours we are unable to process separate bills for larger groups (5 or more guests). Children over 10 years of age or over 150 cm in height will be charged the full adult price for a meal. There is a height guide in the restaurant and the Manager may ask for proof of age in order to confirm entitlement to the discount rate.
