While our malt men are among the few who still turn the barley manually, thankfully working conditions have improved and the injury is a thing of the past. Inspired by their craft, Monkey Shoulder is a blend of 3 of Speyside s finest malts, made in batches of just 27 casks for a richer, smoother taste.
