7 Minimum Bar Spend Explained. - If applicable The client agrees that this Free Bar Service would be provided on the basis of a guaranteed minimum bar spend of All drinks consumed during the event shall be entered and recorded in an EPOS till system, with all drinks being charged at the Pay Bar price rate. In the event that the final total of recorded drinks does not reach the client agrees to pay in full the outstanding balance at the close of the event. (Example Recorded Bar Sales , client charged minimum bar spend of achieved) Deposit For Cash Bar Hire Packages, a deposit of 200 is required to hold the date and to cover the cost of the temporary alcohol licence. This is fully refundable to you after the event provided that we are the only drinks provider at the event. In most cases Food Caterers include wine and soft drinks within their packages and services. Please note that if this is the case the refundable deposit would be replaced by a non-refundable set-up fee.
