11 10 Product description: BerrYo is a Frozen Yoghurt base. BerrYo is unique amongst our range because of its light and refreshing texture and blends well with fresh fruit. Its tart flavour is only enhanced by the addition of fresh Lemon juice. BerrYo contains a blend of four different strains of live probiotic cultures and prebiotic fibre and is 99.8% Fat-Free. Serving Suggestions: berryo is ideal for Cones, Cups and Sundaes. Decorate with crushed nuts, multi-colored sprinkles or one of our Topping Sauces. BerrYo is ideal in combination with fresh fruit. berryo can also be combined with fresh fruit puree or any of our wide range of Flavour & Colour Concentrates; Size: Inner sachet weight: 1.74kg Outer carton weight: 12.18kg net (7 x 1.5kg) Yield: One carton of Frosty freeze will make 40kg of frozen Soft-Serve, sufficient product to make 400 cones of 100g, or 533 cones of 75g. 12 11 Description: Topping Syrups are availalbe in a wide range of flavours and can be used as a topping on desserts or ice cream, or as a flavouring for milkshakes and thickshakes. Flavours: Banana, Blueberry, Butterscotch, Caramel, Chocolate, Coffee, Lime, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberry, Vanilla Serve: As a Topping: use the undiluted syrup direct from the bottle using a suitable syrup-pump. To flavour Thick Shake or Milk shakes, add 30-40mL of topping syrup per 200mL of milk- or thick shake to taste and blend thoroughly. Sizes: 3L bottles (4 x 3L bottles per carton). Storage: Unopened bottles must be stored at ambient room temperature (~25ºC) in a dry store area. Once opened the product can be stored as above and must be used within 30 days. Shelf life: 18 months from date of manufacture.
