FERNLANDS SAUVIGNON BLANC 21 Marlborough, New Zealand Wonderful balance between tropical and herbaceous flavours. FIVE FOOT TRACK SHIRAZ Australia A pleasing balance between ripe fruit and savoury, earthy notes. This wine is succulent with lashings of bramble fruit. FLOR DEL FUEGO CABERNET SAUVIGNON 17 Chile Fruity flavours of plum and blackcurrant, with a cassis-like concentration provide a ripe and friendly mouthfeel. MONTE LAGARES RIOJA 18 Spain Polished and fruity in style, with redcurrant and strawberry flavours. Overtones of subtle spice and vanilla. BARON DE BAUSSAC CARIGNAN VIEILLES VIGNES South of France This wine is crammed with concentrated and voluptuous black cherry fruit, with subtle vanilla providing a polished finish. CAPILLA DE BARRO MALBEC 20 Argentina An intense red-purple colour, with an equally intense nose of plum and bramble. Fulsome on the palate, delivering a swathe of ripe, fresh black fruit, held together by lush tannins. PASSIMENTO A BABY AMARONE 22 A dense and deeply coloured wine, full of concentrated black and red cherry flavour and hints of leather and spice.
