3 BADGE/LANYARD SPONSOR One of the most visible sponsorships which provides thousands of walking billboards is the badge holder/lanyard sponsorship that each attendee and exhibitor is given upon check-in. Annual Investment: $15,000 OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION Your company will be everyone s favorite when you present as the Opening Night Reception Sponsor. The best attended networking event at the show, this after-hours party is always a hit. Coffee Fest will pick the venue and do all the work, you just show up and WOW your customers and prospects. This event is open to one title sponsor or three co-sponsors. Location varies by city and what is available in close proximity to the Convention Center. Company logo will appear on all sponsor event signage at Coffee Fest. 6 table for literature or product to sample at the reception. Ability to incorporate product into the food or beverage menu, venue & time permitting. Limited to 3 per show at $3,500 each. Title Sponsor: $10,000 CLASSROOM PEN SPONSOR Classrooms offering valuable and relevant education are in high gear each morning of Coffee Fest. As the pen sponsor, you will provide attendees of these classes with pens to take notes with. You source, brand and provide the pens (2,000) for each show. Each time it is used or looked at it provides another impression for your company at the show and beyond. Single Show Investment $1,500 (plus the pens) CLASSROOM NOTE PAD SPONSOR Education is a big part of the Coffee Fest experience. As the note pad sponsor, you will provide your branded note pad to attendees of our classes to take notes on. You source, brand and provide the pads (2,000) for each show. Every time it is used, it provides yet another valuable impression for your company. Single Show Investment: $1,000 (plus the note pads) CLASSROOM MC SPONSOR Coffee Fest is known for its free seminar schedule. Four classrooms host free seminars every day of the show. As the Classroom MC Sponsor, you will introduce the speakers for each session in one room, make pre-scripted show announcements, and remind attendees to complete a seminar survey. As the MC, you will have an opportunity to deliver a two-sentence message about your company. In addition, your company logo will be displayed on the classroom podium throughout Coffee Fest and on the schedule meterboard posted outside the classroom sponsored. Single Show Investment: $1,250 CAMPFIRE CAFE SPONSOR Campfire Cafe is an education venue on the show floor where 30 minute presentations on the most relevant topics in specialty coffee are shared. 4 POP-UP CAFE SPONSOR Looking for a sampling opportunity at Coffee Fest in addition to the show floor? Pop-Up Cafe Sponsors will have the ability to showcase their product - be it coffee, food or smoothies - near registration or classrooms (available locations vary, depending on facility). You provide sampling sized cups and brewed coffee ready-to-go or if sampling food, sample sized plates or napkins & your food. We will supply a table and signage & promote your company in selected pre-show marketing and in the Official Show Guide. This opportunity can be all three days or a single day commitment. Limited to one sponsor (subject to venue). Single Show Investment/Single Day: $1,000 Single Show Investment/Three Days - Single Show: $2,500 EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN PIT STOP & BEER STATION SPONSOR Make an impression with exhibitors before the show even begins by sponsoring the Exhibitor Move-In Pit Stop and Beer Station, held the afternoon before the show opens from noon until 6:00pm. All of your fellow exhibitors will be invited to come by as often as they like for some, chips, pretzels, etc. and beer (and other non-alcoholic choices). If exhibitors at Coffee Fest could also be potential customers, this is a perfect opportunity for your brand to create an experience that could open the door to new business. Single Show Investment: $4,500 OFFICIAL WATER SPONSOR Everybody knows the single largest ingredient in a cup of coffee is water, and also how important the quality of the water is to the end product. Your water will used by exhibitors, in the Coffee Fest educational hands-on classes & in the Coffee Fest competitions. Limited to one sponsor per show. 5 AMERICA S BEST ESPRESSO SPONSOR America s Best Espresso Competition is the annual vehicle that will determine and acknowledge the three best coffee roasters in North America. Every other year, the top three from each of the previous six competitions will come together for the Grand Championship where America s Best Espresso National Champion will be crowned. Limited to five sponsors. AMERICA S BEST COLD BREW SPONSOR America s Best Cold Brew Competition was developed to determine and acknowledge the best tasting cold brew and nitro. As a sponsor, your logo will be on America s Best Cold Brew signage at the venue and on pre-show marketing. If you want your products or equipment in front of the leading roasters in cold brew, this is the place for you. Annual Investment: $7,500 SELFIE STAND PHOTO BOOTH SPONSOR The Selfie Stand Photo Booth is located near the Product Showcase area. This free standing unit is partially or fully wrapped with a custom graphic representing your brand. Each photo taken at the selfie station is branded with a custom photo frame that you also get to design. From the stand, attendees and exhibitors, can immediately share to all of their social media platforms. As the sponsor you would receive full analytics on all shared photos, hashtag usage, and all captured leads.
