1 Alice s Tea Cup Reservations and Events OVERVIEW As a small, locally-based institution, we limit the reservations we take as to encourage you to make that spur of the moment decision and walk into any Alice s Tea Cup, any time. CHAPTER I: Monday through Thursday we accept reservations for parties of any size. Friday through Sunday we accept reservations for parties of six or more guests (over the age of 2). We do not accept reservations on most holidays, and only accept reservations and events for up to 6 months in advance. CHAPTER II: Monday through Friday we accept reservations for parties of any size. Saturday through Sunday we accept reservations for parties of six or more guests (over the age of 2). We do not accept reservations on most holidays, and only accept reservations and events for up to 6 months in advance. Any reservation of six or more is required to partake in one of our four prefixed tea services listed on page 2. For our location accommodations, please see page 3. For entertainment, decor, and alcohol offerings, see pages 4-5. THE FINE PRINT Reservation and Event Policies For Main Dining Reservations * Final headcount due at least 24 hours prior to reservation; after this time, any guest not in attendance will be charged a $15 no-show fee * Same-day cancellations will be charged $50 to the card on file * Reservations are 90 minutes; if table is occupied longer than 90 minutes, a fee of $50 per 30 min will apply For Private Room Reservations * Final headcount due at least 72 hours prior to reservation; after this time, any guest not in attendance will be charged a $15 no-show fee * Deposits are nonrefundable * Cancellations less than 7 days will be charged a 25% fee; same-day cancellations will be charged in full * Events must adhere to start /end times; if room is occupied longer than outlined, a fee of $50 per 30 min will apply To secure a reservation or private event, please call or our Events Office (917) alicesevents@gmail.com 1 of 5

3 L O C A T I O N S While dining with us, we offer a variety of space options for your reservation. ~ Guests in the main dining room will enjoy a 90 minute reservation. If you d like to extend past 90 minutes, there is a $50 fee per additional 30 minutes. Please specify time extensions at booking as we often have tables reserved following yours. ~ Guests in a private space will enjoy a 2 or 3 hour event. If you d like to extend past 3 hours, there is a $100 fee per additional 30 minutes. You may use the 30 minutes prior to your reservation for setup. Additional time may be purchased for setup if specified at booking. 4 E N T E R T A I N M E N T Make your event extra special with these perfectly-tailored activities (for any age)! ~ Each activity requires a minimum of one hour. For 10 or more children, a minimum of two hours will apply (to make sure we have time to get to everyone!). After activities are booked, there is a 50% charged for cancellations less than 7 days prior. A L I C E I N W O N D E R L A N D Straight from Wonderland, Alice will come celebrate with you and lead the group activities. Choose two of the following activities: ETIQUETTE (best for ages 6-12): kids will learn basic table manners, how to properly hold silverware, cut food, drink tea, and more. FACE PAINTING (best for ages 4-12): choices of designs are a cheshire cat, a white rabbit, a queen of hearts, flowers, or a butterfly. SING-A-LONG (best for ages 4-8): choices of songs are Give Peace A Chance, Imagine, Here Comes The Sun, or Puff The Magic Dragon. STORY TIME (best for ages 2-6): a reading from our Alice s favorite children s story! F A E R I E P R I N C E S S Out of the forest, our Faerie Princess will come celebrate with you and lead the group activities. Choose two of the following activities: FACE PAINTING (best for ages 4-12): choices of designs are a cheshire cat, a white rabbit, a queen of hearts, flowers, or a butterfly. PRINCESS CROWN DECORATING (best for ages 4-8): kid-friendly materials to make the perfect floral crown! CREATE A BEADED BRACELET (best for ages 6-12): kids will make a beautiful beaded bracelet to take home as a favor! STORY TIME (best for ages 2-6): a reading from Alice s favorite children s story! M A D H A T T E R M A G I C I A N $500*/hour Our interactive magician entertains the crowd with a slew of fun tricks (and balloons for kids)! He has a show for all ages! *Cost subject to increase depending on party size.
