The first Bar Molinari opened in 1911, on Modena s central Via Emilia, and the family then focused on a coffee roasting business, starting to build what was to become the Caffè Molinari brand. Each procedure is carefully monitored. The chemical components and sensory characteristics of each individual lot of raw coffee are first analyzed. The blends are the result of beans of different origins, which undergo just-in-time roasting before being packaged in modified atmosphere for a coffee with wonderful aroma and unfailing quality.
