20 ABOUT US Michael Klong is a Chicago native, a graduate of the University of Colorado Business School and majority owner of Tradecraft Outfitters Coffee & Tea, The Classic Group, Chicago Coffee and Teas and Natural Waters, a Chicago-based purveyor of specialty food and beverage products and services. Under Michael s leadership, the company has grown from $300,000 in gross sales to just under $15 Million in gross sales with 42 employees and offices in Chicago, Arizona and Los Angeles. Additionally, Michael is a Principal in the very successful Goddess And The Baker, a multi unit fast casual food and beverage concept based in Chicago. Michael, his wife Breea, and two children live in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. Michael serves as a member of the Alumni Board for latin School of Chicago. Michael Schultz brings over 20 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success and profitability. From casual restaurants to fine dining establishments, his expertise and leadership combined with his passion for top-notch hospitality have yielded a very loyal following.
