4 Installaton steeps resume: Installaton steeps of te macne: 1.- Near te fnal locaton unpack te macne, carefully remove t from te pallet, due te macne weg and egt s recommended to perform ts operaton between two persons. 2.- Level te macne, usng te front adjustable paws we wll be able to leave te macne levelled and wtout te weels toucng te floor so t can not be move pusng. 3.- Connect te macne to te water mans or nstall te self feedng kt. 4.- Pus te macne to ts fnal poston and ceck s levelled, plug te macne to te electrc man. Remove all te packagng, cut te precnct and te plastc flm, te macne wll be standng on te palet, near ts fnal locaton get te macne down te palet tllng t very carefully. Once on te floor we wll move t on ts weels untl ts fnal poston. Wen te macne ts on ts poston we can unscrew and adjust te front paws of te base so t gets levelled. 5 Programmng mode: Elements of te programmng system: 1.- Programmng button Press ts button to get nto te programmng mode. 6 Connectng te macne to te water mans: Perform ts operaton wt te macne off. At te back of te macne we wll fnd te water entry connecton, ts connecton as a measure of 3/4 gas, female, so on te water man we wll need te correct male of ts same measure. Water mans specfcatons: - Make sure te water s drnkable - Pressure: 0,05-1 Mpa, on case te pressure s lower t wll be needed to nstall a support bomb, f te pressure s ger a pressure reducer wll be needed. - Mnmal nternal dameter of te water tube: 6 mm - Tere are avalable flters for lme and odour, tese flters mprove te water qualty and terefore te coffee, also ncreasng te macne workng lfe as tey avod mpurtes on te water crcut. Once te connecton s properly made t wll be necessary to open t so te water enters te macne. Te removable tubes for te connecton of applances to te water supply must comply wt te IEC standard. 7 If tere s not an avalable water man, assemblng te self feedng water tank Perform ts operaton wt te macne off.. To access te pump unt poston unscrew te back cover plate. Place te water pump wt te water output upwards, remove te entrance and back cover cups of te pump f necessary. Dsconnect te electro-valve power connectors and connect tem on te free termnals of te water pump. Remove te water tube from te electrovalve to te ar break, and connect t on te output of te water pump to te ar break. Place te water depost on te macne base, connect te water tube to te pump water entry on te macne base. Rubber base to nstall on t te water pump, te water outlet of te pump must be upwards. Electrcal connectors of te macne electro-valve, to be dsconnected and connected on te pump Place te pump on te rubber base, wt te water outlet facng upwards, Dsconnect te power connectors of te water electro-valve and connect tem to te pump termnals. Fll te water depost. 8 Fll cups and strrers Perform ts operaton wt te macne off. Insert te cups on te roulette by te top of at least one column. Remove te wegt from te strrers column, place te strrers and place back te wegt on top of tem. Te macne can be adapted to several cups and strrers szes, ceck wt your Jofemar provder on case you ave doubts about one model ndcatng te lengt of te cup and ts dameter just beneat te top rng. Break te lower end of te cups bag, nsert tat end on top of te column and leave te cups to fall nto te column. Remove te strrers wegt. Wtout breakng te precnct, place te strrers, once on place break te precnct and remove t, place te wegt on top of te strrers. Ceck te poston of te wasted lquds depost and place a bag on te used coffee pucks bucket On te macne base we wll verfy te wasted lquds depost ts on place and te ppe for wasted water enter te depost. We wll also ceck te level detecton float s nsde te depost and f we old t n our and te mcro swtc s actvated. Place a bag at te bucket were te used coffee pucks wll be dsposed. Wasted lquds depost, te wasted water ppe and te level detecton float must be nsde t. Place on te bucket a rubbs bag to collect te used coffee pucks. Page 8 of 20

9 Turn on te macne So te water crcut start to get fll turn on te macne usng te on/off swtc, ts way te water wll start fllng te boler and wll start eatng te macne. On ts moment te pump wll start workng and water wll flow by all te macnes electro-vales cleanng ts way all te water crcut. Its recommended to perform ts operaton at least 5 tmes te frst tme te macne s placed Programmng button, to carry te cleanng press frst ts button. Cups ejecton button, once te programmng button s used press ts button to start te water crcut wasng Dranng te water crcut Te macne comes out of factory wt ts water crcut empty, f te macne s transported or stored s convenent to dran te water crcut to avod water nsde te macne gettng frozen. Te water crcut wll be dran n two ponts: ArBreak, just releasng te metal clp from te tube wc s on ts base te water wll go to te splled lquds depost. Boler, unscrew te lower jon from te tube wc comes from te boler lower part. Its recommended to place some depost for te water of te boler.
