Amp rating will indicate the gauge of wiring and the type of receptacle and plug required is determined by the transformer outside of building. Most commercial locations are supplied with 208 or 240 volts. 120 Volts is derived by using one of two hot wires from a 208 or 240 volt incoming line along with a neutral. Most equipment must be matched exactly to the appropriate voltage. Some brewers can operate on either 208 or 240 volts is the measurement which most directly relates to the heating capacity of the element. The higher the number, the more heat is being applied to water which is very high or very low can cause problems in the operation of an automatic commercial coffee or tea brewer. G4 QUICK PROGRAMMING TIPS Curtis Systems are pre-set to your specifications. Generally, there will not be a reason to change your programming. However, should you find the need to make slight adjustments to meet your customer s needs we have provided the following instructions. ACCESS CODE screen. Specially designed for fresh grind/fresh brew programs, the Curtis Digital InterLock System connects compatible Digital Control Coffee Brewers (Gemini and ThermoPro Series brewers with 3-Batch option) to ILGD Interlock Coffee Grinder via an interlock cable for simple, error-proof grinding and brewing. With the push of a button, the Grinder automatically conveys the selected grind volume to the brewing system.
