The company s origin dates back to 1930, and during its whole history Kyivkhlib has been meeting the needs of the age as well as the needs of our customers. Today, our company is one of the leaders in the bakery market of Ukraine: every day the company makes over 400 tones of products and takes care to serve fragrant fresh bread on the table in every Ukrainian family; the company puts in operation new production lines and introduces innovative recipes; It continuously improves its product mix to meet the needs of the customers. 5 PRODUCTION AND QUALITY Kyivkhlib is a recognized leader in Ukrainian baking market and a prominent producer of bakery products abroad. The company consists of nine production sites in Kyiv and Kyiv region with daily production of over 400 tones of bakery products and 10 tones of muffins and cakes. Our product mix covers about 250 items, including various types of bread, dried biscuits, gingerbreads, cookies, rolls, dry rolls, cakes and round loaves made under the trademark of Kyivkhlib. Most of all, we value the confidence of our customers, and traditionally ensure the highest quality of our products: The products of Kyivkhlib are made of natural raw materials exclusively, without any preservatives and GMOs. Strict compliance with the highest manufacturing standards is ensured by our efficient food safety system and quality management system.

6 LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION Kyivkhlib has its own car fleet and a wide distribution network to deliver fresh bread and flavored bakery just in time to shops in Ukraine. Today, our fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinters takes care of Kyivkhlib product logistics across the metropolitan region of Ukraine. With this, we are sure that our bread and bakery will be delivered on timely basis to the shops for the residents of Kyiv and Kiev region.

7 SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY The company employs almost people, and there are still career opportunities for engineers and service workers: bakers, doughmakers, warehouse attendants, freight handlers, drivers, product packers, etc. The company guarantees official employment in line with effective legislation of Ukraine, official competitive wages, convenient working hours, protective clothing for the employees. Training, in-service education and internship are paid by the employer. Employees from other towns are provided with free hostel accommodation. Shuttle transfer from the hostel to the work sites is paid by the employer.

16 A WINNER OF THE COMPETITION BEST BAKERY PRODUCT 2018 Kyivkhlib has become a leader in prizes awarded by International Forum IFFIP Kyivkhlib company has proven again its hard-won leadership in Ukrainian bakery market. At International Forum of Food Industry and Packaging (IFFIP) 2018, Kyivkhlib has won the largest number of prizes awarded by the most expert judges. The company was awarded 20 diplomas for 2018 best bakery product and 13 diplomas for 2018 best packaging design. 17 THE HIGHEST ROUND LOAF OF 2017 Our craftswomen baked the highest round loaf in Ukraine, which has been presented at XXIX Agricultural Exhibition Agro The height of the record breaking masterpiece: 1.8 m. Circumference: 8 m, and the weight made up to half a tone. It took 6 days to create this marvel. The highest round loaf made by Kyivkhlib was registered in National Register of Records of Ukraine, 2018, under Section Cuisine.

18 THE WINNER OF ALL-UKRAINIAN COMPETITION OF BREAD AND CONFECTIONARY PRODUCTS SAFE, TASTY AND HEALTHY March, A ceremony to award the winners of competition Safe, tasty and healthy was held during the Round Table conference Safety and quality of food that took place within the framework of international exhibition Bread and confectionary industry. 9 companies took part in the competition. The jury was to select among 28 samples of bakery products and 20 samples of wheat confectionary products for healthy diet. The participating products were evaluated blindly with the score lists. The 1 st grade diplomas were awarded to products made by Kyivkhlib : Bread Grain (Shop No.1) Bread Buckwheat (Shop No. 4)

19 CHILDREN CREATIVITY COMPETITION AT KYIVKHLIB On the first day of summer, we traditionally celebrate International Children s Day, a fest of joy and hope, and, at the same time, a reminder to our society about the necessity to protect the rights of the little ones, making best efforts to let children grow happy. The competition was held for our employees' children aged 7 to 17. The works of ornamental arts were themed Piece and bread to Ukrainian children and included: best drawing best article of seed beads or embroidery best article made of supporting materials The best works of the young talents are awarded with letters of recognition and tickets to the Aquarium.

20 EXCURSIONS FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS Excursions for schoolchildren are held at the production sites of Kyivkhlib. For the children, our employees reveal ins and outs of the whole process of bread baking: making dough, forming, baking and packing fresh bread and sweet bakery. The children on a guided tour can see the work of our experts who lend their souls to the products they make. Children are taught that the quality of product is the most important criterion in every industry, and that the culture of responsible consumption should be developed from a young age onward. No one can stand indifferent to the flavor that dominates over the production site. The flavor of a freshly baked bread and sweet bakery is always special and comforting.
