7 Terms & Conditions By ordering any goods from Love for Local the customer accepts these conditions of sale: PRICES The prices of Love for Local goods are those specified in this brochure, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are exclusive of VAT except where specified CARRIAGE CHARGES The minimum order value for free delivery is 100 (Net of VAT). Any order under this level will incur a 10 delivery charge. PAYMENT Payment for the goods by approved account customers must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice. Goods will not be dispatched if the account is not held up to date. All overdue accounts may be subject to charges related to the costs of debt collection. Property of the goods will not pass to the customer until the monies owing to Love for Local have been made in full. DELIVERY Delivery and the customer s acceptance of the goods shall be deemed to have taken place upon the occurrence of a signed delivery note by the customer or any independent carrier. RETURNS No goods shall be returned without prior acceptance of Love for Local. Credit cannot be given for damaged or price marked goods. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES Upon receipt of goods the customers have two working days to advise Love for Local of any damages or discrepancies that have arisen. Goods will be collected by Love for Local before a credit note is given. CANCELLATION OF GOODS If you wish to cancel an order or any items you must notify Love for Local in writing 48 hours in advance of delivery, and Love for Local must confirm any changes. ALL PRICES ARE CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PRINTING. PRICES MAY ALTER DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
