10 Suppliers Showcase: A refreshment break on Saturday, May 11 followed by a Cocktail Reception later that day (see program) will be held in the Suppliers Showcase room (located adjacent to the plenary ballroom). There is limited space, priority is given to sponsors should they wish to have a tabletop display. The room will be set on Thursday, May 10, you are welcome to set up your tabletop display at any time. Please do not leave valuables in the display area as it is not policed. A six ft. table draped will be provided. A floor plan will be provided once we have an indication of how many of you wish to have a tabletop. There is no power provided, should you wish to arrange for power, please advise and we will connect you with show services at the hotel.
