11 terms & conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit. Failure to provide a deposit may result in the release of your booking. Deposit requirements are as follows: 5 for Lunch, and 10 for Dinner or Party Night. Full payment of the event is payable no later than 1 month prior to the event date. Bookings received later than 1 month prior to the event will require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is to be paid by one member of the party, individual payments will not be accepted. Final details, including final numbers, pre-orders and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 1 month prior to the event date. Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in loss of deposits. If the hotel receives your cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of your event, full payment will be retained. It is strictly forbidden for guests to bring their own alcohol/food into the hotel. The management reserve the right to confiscate/ charge for items. The hotel reserves the right to make alterations without prior notice.and the right to amalgamate any events to ensure appropriate party numbers.
