July Ladies League News We were excited to have both a morning and an afternoon 9- hole best shot last month! It was a great way to meet and golf with different members.

3 July Ladies League News We were excited to have both a morning and an afternoon 9- hole best shot last month! It was a great way to meet and golf with different members. Todd, thank you for the skills clinic on chipping around the green given before the best shot event. The tips are always great and hopefully cut a stroke or two from our scores! The July best shot will be 18 holes played on July 5th at 8:30am. The skills lesson will start at 8:15am. The cost is $5. Please be sure to sign up in advance! It s RALLY month. On July 12th, we will again be hosting a Rally for the Cure event. Last year we were able to donate $ to the Rally for the Cure. An additional $ to the Winneshiek County Fuel the Fight which funds gas cards for county residents as they travel for appointments while fighting cancer. We are still accepting any donations; either to be given as prizes for the flag events we have on every hole or items to be included in the raffle drawing. The Rally donates two prizes. Todd is always generous to make a donation, and other donations come from club members. Any help for this worthy cause is greatly appreciated by the Committee. Donations can be left with Todd or Morgan before July 12th. On July 19th, ladies will toss the dice to find out who is odd or who is even, which is always a fun time. For our new members, be sure to come out on July 26th to find out, Does Cup Size Really Matter? Thanks go out to everyone who has provided delicious cookies on Tuesdays. All of our slots are filled.
