2 THE VENUE On the lower ground floor, in one of Sydney s most iconic & historic buildings, Chii Town offers a unique private dining and event space in the heart of Surry Hills. Managed exclusively by the chin chin team, Chii Town offers a unique event experience full of fantastic food, fabulous staff and an even better time. With three separate private dining rooms that can be booked out individually or combined to accommodate larger exclusive bookings, Chii Town works for any occasion private or corporate. Hosting both cocktail and seated style events, Chii Town is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week (except christmas day). Speak with the team about what setup will work best for your group. Chii 1 & Chii 2 offer a private entrance from Wentworth Avenue as an alternatvie to the main restaurant entrance on Commonwealth Street.

5 MENU The Chii Town menu offers a twist on the signature Chin Chin experience, hitting guests with a carefully blended mix of freshness, spice, heat and exotic herbs. Let our team feed you! Shared style banquet menus for lunch and dinner must be confirmed prior to arrival. Canape options are available for cocktail events small bites, more substantial bowl items & something sweet to finish. Add a selection of canapes to your feed me menu to kick off the night. Interactive food station concepts can also be activated throughout your event. Certain allergy requirements can be accommodated for guests with notice. Please note all menu items are subject to daily availability and change. Ask our team for menu options and start salivating!

6 BEVERAGES Our love of great wine, cocktails and brews sit at the very heart of Chin Chin. A constantly evolving beverage list has been designed to entice and delight. Cocktails as loud and fun as the restaurant, and the wine list explores local and international talent by the glass, bottle or carafe! Primarily focused on balancing out the food on the plate, be it chilli, bitter, sweet, salty or sour, perfect beverage pairings are available to suit all palates. Curated by our expert wine team, beverage packages are available for the event or otherwise charged on consumption on top of your selected set menu. Selections must be made from our current list prior to your booking, and our talented team of sommeliers are ready to assist with selections tailored to your event. 7 ENTERTAINMENT A signature playlist of Chin Chin tunes curated by our in-house DJ, Samantha Goldie, will play throughout your event. For exclusive book outs, Chii Town is a haven for dj s as well as roving acts & entertainers. Our talented go to list of entertainment friends are available should you require assistance with this component of your event. STYLING AND DECOR Chii town welcomes any additional styling in the space for your event be it floral arrangements, decorations, signage or menu design. Please discuss your requirements with the team, and we can recommend our favourite collaborators to assist with the final touches. Any decorative elements in the space will require sign off prior to installation. AV REQUIREMENTS For Chii Town exclusive events, a tv screen and microphone is available to hire for presentations. Any additional audio-visual, sound or lighting requirements can be arranged via an external supplier depending on your specific requirements. CELEBRATION CAKE For a special birthday or occasion, you are welcome to bring your own celebration cake into the venue. Please advise the team if you intend to celebrate with a cake! SECURITY For larger exclusive events or bookings with live music or DJ s, security may be required. Security is charged at $75 per hour, minimum four hours.
