Today, Green Truck operates a completely sustainable production kitchen that supports a fleet of Green Trucks throughout Southern California and beyond. 4 Green Truck's hub is its very own solar-powered, state-of-the-art commissary in West Los Angeles. Here, trucks fill up on recycled veggie oil or plug in for the night before hitting the streets in the morning. Our composting initiative is also based out of the commissary. And day or night, you're likely to find one of our professional chefs testing out a new, seasonally-inspired recipe, too.
