The GardenFest of Lights Dinner with Santa package includes a buffet dinner, a visit with Santa, and admission into GardenFest of Lights! Our Santa Dinner package is offered Sunday, December 16, Wednesday, December 19, 2018 with seating times at 5:30pm nightly (no adjustments will be made to seating time, so please be prompt). Enjoy 2 hours of dining time in the beautifully decorated Auditorium Santa is expected to arrive between 6:00-6:15pm and will be seated in the room for photographs. Package pricing is $45 per adult and $24 per child ages 3-12 (ages 2 and under are free) SEMI-PRIVATE, PRESET DINING Table identification cards for each group You may be seated with other groups, upon request and availability Please no meetings, speakers, or music, as this is a semi-private dining option. 2 GARDENFEST OF LIGHTS An outdoor walking tour from 5pm-10pm featuring: outdoor and indoor displays, including the Conservatory. The Giving Tree, Bloemendaal House 20ft Holiday Tree, Conservatory OUTDOOR DISPLAYS CONSERVATORY Please dress weather appropriate so you can take in festively illuminated garden and lakeside pathways. View breathtaking plantings and special holiday displays including trains and a 20ft holiday tree. Holiday Tree, Library INDOOR DISPLAYS Visit the Kelly Education Center to view beautiful holiday trees creatively decorated by Henrico County elementary school students. The Library features magnificent holiday trees decorated with hand-crafted garden botanical ornaments, and don't miss our ever-popular train display located down the hall in Classroom 2! Page 2 of 5

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS This service includes semi-private dining for two hours in the Auditorium located in the Kelly Education Center. This service is offered on December 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2018, and is not suitable for groups planning to have a meeting, speaker or music as there will be multiple groups dining together at the same time. Seating time is 5:30 pm. Please note, we do have another Santa in the Conservatory on Monday, December 17th from 6-8pm for Merry Mondays. GARDENFEST DINNER WITH SANTA GARDENFEST DINNER WITH SANTA MENU The buffet dinner menu for this option may not be altered and groups will share one central buffet. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICES A cash bar serving beer, wine, soft drinks and juice will be available in the room. A consumption bar is available by reservation; contact Mary Harvey with Meriwether Godsey, at (804) , ext GARDENFEST DINNER WITH SANTA SETUP The Auditorium is preset and tables will be labeled for each group. Customized setups are not available with this package. GUEST CHECK-IN/GARDENFEST TICKETS The client must check in at the designated "Will Call" table located in the entrance of the Kelly Education Center to pick up admission tickets for their group. GardenFest tickets may also be picked up by individuals if a guest list is supplied to a Facility Events Coordinator within one business day of the event. The Will Call table will open at 4:00pm the day of the event. We suggest arriving early if possible due to expected high visitation. You are welcome to explore the Garden prior to and after dinner. We will begin seating for dinner at 5:30pm. Page 4 of 5

5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CONTINUED) PAYMENT Full payment is due at the time of making your reservation by credit card within 24 hours of receipt of reservation confirmation . If payment is not received at this time the reservation will be cancelled. Clients may add additional guests up to 2 business days prior to the event if availability allows and payment for additional guests must be made at that time. No changes may be made to final headcount less than 2 business days prior to the event. Client must contact a Facility Events Coordinator at (804) , ext. 345 or 224 to process additional guests after initial reservation is made. No refunds are offered after reservation has been made. If you are unable to attend your reservation we would be happy to mail you the GardenFest of Lights tickets for your party to use on another evening during the show which runs until Monday, January 7, CANCELLATION The Garden reserves the right to offer a shortened or adjusted event if the group has a late arrival; event fees are not adjusted due to late arrival. The Garden may cancel an event for any group arriving over 30 minutes late. Reservations cancelled by the client will result in forfeiture of all paid fees. DISCLAIMERS Prices may change, but not once a party is booked. There is no reserved parking during GardenFest of Lights and all vehicles must park in one of the visitor parking lots. To best manage our high visitation, we encourage arriving at 4pm. We will not begin seating for dinner until 5:30pm but you are welcome to enjoy the Garden prior to dinner if you do arrive early. This package does not offer a professional photographer but families are welcome to take photos with Santa using their own camera. Page 5 or 5
