1 Welcome to Bistro Guillaume Sydney Inspired by the most popular neighborhood bistros of Paris, Bistro Guillaume Sydney offers a menu abundant with French classics Drawing upon Sydney s renowned climate and open space, Bistro Guillaume Sydney features a fresh colour palette and a stunning indoor setting. The dining room is luxe whilst exuding a relaxed feel, encouraging diners to linger long into their day or night whilst enjoying acclaimed chef Guillaume Brahimi s beautiful bistro cuisine. The following information is designed to help you plan your next event with us. It includes the maximum number of guests and the minimum spend for each private room, our terms and conditions, menu selection form, and booking form. 2 The Main Dining Room Total of 130 guests. Monday to Thursday Lunch $10,000 and Dinner $15,000, Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner $20,000. Large tables and groups are welcome, anything over 60 people will be an exclusive use.

3 The Cellar Room (Maximum of 11 guests. Minimum Spend $1000)

4 The Private Dining Room (Maximum of 20 guests. Minimum Spend $1200) Semi Private Dining Area (Maximum of 12 guests. Minimum Spend $1000)

5 TERMS & CONDITIONS Confirmation Cancellations Final Final numbers of group reservations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event. The number confirmed is what will be charged on the day. A 50% deposit of the minimum spend will be taken to secure a function upon confirming. Deposits will be credited to the final bill on the day. The deposit will be non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the event. A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the event. 7 days prior to your event final details, including menu choices, beverage selections, arrival time and approximate numbers need to be supplied to the functions manager. 48 hours prior to your event the exact attendance numbers must be advised. The final confirmation of numbers will be charged on the day. Payment Price Variations Damage Menu BYO RSA Unless authorised by Management, all functions must be paid in on the day of the event. Deposits will be credited to the final bill in the day. Every endeavour is made to ensure our prices quoted are correct and current. If any changes occur due to circumstances outside our control you will be notified immediately if you have a confirmed booking with us. All property of the client or any other person brought to Bistro Guillaume Sydney shall be at the owner s risk and Bistro Guillaume Sydney will not be liable for any loss or damage caused. This includes any item left after the event. The organiser of the function will be held responsible and charged for any damages caused to Bistro Guillaume Sydney property during the course of the event caused by negligence of the attendees, delegates or guests. Menus are subject to change due to seasonal availability of some products. If a menu is changed the client will be notified and an alternative will be confirmed. We do not allow any BYO at Bistro Guillaume Sydney. In Accordance with NSW legislation relating to responsible service of alcohol, Bistro Guillaume Sydney staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest

6 deemed intoxicated, terminate a function or assist any guests from the premises. Conduct Goods & Services Organised by Client Minimum Spend Gratuity The client must conduct the function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with the above terms and conditions and ensure the compliance of guests attending is the same. The client must ensure no disturbance or nuisance will be caused to Bistro Guillaume Sydney or any of its guests or neighbours.. Delivery of hired equipment supplied by the client to Bistro Guillaume Sydney - must be advised to the Events Manager prior to delivery and must be delivered to the designated area at the correct time. Bistro Guillaume Sydney will not accept responsibility for the security, set up, transportation, loss or damage to this equipment. We have a preferred supplier of AV equipment. Functions being held at Bistro Guillaume Sydney must achieve the required minimum spend as set out in the function or quote provided. If this amount is not met; Bistro Guillaume Sydney will charge you the amount to achieve your minimum spend as a room hire fee. All Groups 8 people or more, dining at Bistro Guillaume Sydney, will incur a 10% service charge.

7 MENU SELECTION Please select from the following menus; Tables up to 11 people can choose from our A la Carte menu. $75 per person, two course menu (lunch only), bread, sides, tea and coffee. Please select either four entrees and four mains, or four mains and four desserts from the menu provided. $95 per person, three course menu, bread, sides, tea and coffee. Please select four entrees, four mains and four desserts from the menu provided. $120 per person sharing menu, three course menu, bread, sides, tea and coffee. This a menu designed by chef to share for the whole table. Any additional dishes can be added on at an extra cost. Any special requests or menus, dietary requirements and allergies, please discuss with the events manager. For your wine selection, please notify the events manager with the variety, price range and number of bottles required for your event. We have a very extensive wine list that may change before the date of your event. Our head sommelier will aim to accommodate all requests.
