7 PAYMENT 50% to be paid by 1st December Prices are fully inclusive of 10% municipality fee and 10% service charge and 5% VAT. Payments can be made by: 1. Cash 2. Credit card (in restaurant only) 3. Bank transfer ARRIVAL & SEATING AGREEMENT All requests for seating are taken into consideration but not guaranteed. Table allocation in the restaurant is subject to availability. Please be aware that a party size of 12 & more may be seated on more than one table. On the day please phone the restaurant if your party is delayed and advise of expected arrival time. ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS of guests, the cancellation policy will be applied. CANCELLATION Please note the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations more than 15 days in advance of the dining date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations within 14 to 7 days of the dining date are eligible for a 50% refund. - No refund will be applicable if cancellations are made within 6 days of the dining date. *Please note cancellation of reservations via bank transfer / credit card will be subject to bank charges.
