With origins going back to 1990, and with some 2,500 food fanatics in the team, we currently support more than 150 customers in the UK, serving up everything from great coffee, soups, sandwiches and British classics, all the way to superfood salads and fine dining. We create signature solutions: one-of-a-kind eateries, imaginatively matched to the needs of our customers by mixing elements of people, place and plate to forge the optimum food offer for each customer. Autograph means a place where fresh, seasonal and imaginative food is married to warm, enthusiastic and authentic hospitality, underwritten by principled provenance, local sourcing and genuine sustainability. Wholesome and wholehearted, we tailor every element of every eaterie to best serve the people we cater for. We start with great, seek out better and constantly push to make every facet of delivery the very best it can be. 3
4 MAKING HEALTHY CHOICES It is important to us that, within our wider remit to help nourish people by serving and feeding them well, we encourage customers to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Food can affect how people feel, how they cope, their energy levels during the day and how they sleep at night. So what they eat really does matter. That can be as simple as our sourcing of fresh, natural ingredients when they are in season and at their best. Or it can be more specialised: introducing ranges that are gluten free and low in salt, sugar and fat. Calorie counted dishes are also a great option, and we have an exciting 500-calorie concept that balances healthy choices and home cooked treats. From powering up in the morning with a comforting and slow-release porridge, to an enticing salad bar of healthy temptations, our chefs are skilled in demonstrating that nutritionally balanced can still mean amazingly flavoursome. 4
