5 How to book Please call our team on to book your Christmas party. A non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required to secure your booking, with the remainder of the balance paid on or before 02 November Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, we accept cash, card or cheque payments. Card payments can be taken securely over the phone. Cheques must be made payable to National Trust Ltd. Terms and Conditions The National Trust is a charity and reserves the right to cancel any date due to insufficient bookings that would result in the event becoming unavailable to run. In these rare circumstances, either an alternative date or a full refund of any payments will be offered however the Trust will have no further liability. In the event of no-shows on the night you will be still charged for the individual. Menu choices are required 21 days prior to your booking. It is not always possible to increase numbers once booked - we advise numbers booked are for those who expect to attend. Full and final payment for your party must be paid by 02 November 2018 otherwise places will be offered for resale. A deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings made on or after the 02 November 2018 will be required to pay the full balance per person in order to secure their booking. No refunds of any payments made will be provided after 02 November Alcohol will be sold/supplied to persons over 18 only, subject to ID. Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed during the event. Management reserve the right to refuse sales or entry to venue. Individuals engaging in inappropriate or illegal activity will be asked to leave the venue with no refund given. Bookings taken after 02 November 2018 must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
