We will gladly stay open for any reservations. Please call ahead. Members may borrow and return books at their leisure. Donated books will not be returned to their owners. DR. FREDERICK H. DUFOUR is executive director of The Family & Children s Society. Dr. DuFour and wife, Anne Catharine Blake, reside in Binghamton. MEGAN E. ORBAND is a social worker with UHS Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Ms. Orband resides in Binghamton.
