NO SCHOOL Monday, Nov. 12 th, for the Veterans Day holiday. Sacred Heart Thrift Shop will be closed on this day. Our next Recycle Day is Tuesday, Nov. 13 th. Please bring your recyclables, in bags marked with your child s grade, to the designated area in the church parking lot by 8:30 a.m. Earn Fundraiser hours by helping us with Recycle Day one Tuesday every month. Important Reminders When picking up children from Daycare after 4:00 pm, please go through the Preschool gate. After dark, Daycare is held in the Alvernaz Room at the Preschool. As a reminder, please do not leave any valuables in your car, even for just a few minutes, for your own safety.

2 Parents Club Corner Our Parents Club is back up and running just in time for the holiday season! I will be sending out updates to let you know what Parent Participation and Fundraising opportunities are coming up. Keep an eye on the Thursday Notes for updates from the Parents Club. Upcoming Parent Participation Opportunities Breakfast with Santa On December 2nd, we are hosting a Breakfast with Santa event here at the school. We are in need of help with decorations for this event. If you are interested in helping, please contact me. Upcoming Fundraising Opportunities See's Candies Just in time for Christmas! Information will be going home with your students next week. Poinsettias As in years past, the Parents Club will be selling poinsettias. These make wonderful gifts for the holiday season. We also have the opportunity to donate poinsettias to help decorate Sacred Heart Church for the Christmas Masses. More information will be available in next week's Thursday Notes.
