3 Memorial Service: Club Presidents are asked to submit the names of members who have passed away since May, 2018 to Maddy marzullo at or Please submit the member s name, her passing date, the name of her club, and the year she joined or the approximate number of years in the club. Please submit this information by May 3, Fundraising Baskets: Clubs that are donating baskets or items for the GFWC/CT Fundraising are asked to contact Wendy Clery at wendy.clery@gmail.com as to the content of items they are bringing and what day they will be brought to Convention. Door Prizes: Executive Board members are requested to bring a door prize with the individual s name attached. Additional door prizes will be appreciated from clubs with a large number of attendees. Rooms are available at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott May 16 and 17, either King or Double Double at $ per night. Guests should ask for the 2019 GFWC Conference Group Rate. Reservation Due Date is 5/2/19 after which rooms not reserved will be returned to the general inventory.
